CIICC centers on providing quality skills enrichment and competence development supporting inclusive economic growth, innovation, entrepreneurial productivity, and employment opportunities.
The Center is a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) registered technical-vocational institution (TVI) offering short-term program qualifications that gear towards increasing sustainable labor market pool, and addressing critical demands of the priority sectors considered as key employment generators (KEGs).

Be a SCHOLAR that qualifies on certain grants offering FREE Training, Assessment, and/or with support funds & toolkits.
ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATION
Be a certified worker upon completion and satisfaction of workplace competency standards given during assessment.
EMPLOYMENT FACILITATION
